Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Grayson Sky ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Social Command Center (the "Service"), available at commandcenter.marketing. Social Command Center is a marketing operations platform used by our agency and its authorized team members to manage marketing for our clients. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who this Policy covers

The Service is a business tool used by authorized users of our organization. It is not directed to the general public or to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When a team member signs in (via Google or email), we collect their name, email address, and role.

Client and content data. Information our team enters about clients — brand details, documents, posts, campaigns, tasks, and notes.

Data from connected platforms. When an authorized user connects a third-party account, we access data through that platform's official API, strictly as needed to provide the Service. Depending on the connection this may include:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Page and Instagram business-account details, posts and captions, comments and direct messages, page/media insights, and ratings/recommendations.
  • Google: Google Analytics metrics, Google Drive documents you designate, and Google Business Profile reviews.
  • Other connectors (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, QuickBooks): analytics, content, engagement, or financial data relevant to the connected account.

We access this data only for accounts an authorized user has explicitly connected, and only for the purpose of operating the Service for that client.

Usage & technical data. Standard log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To display analytics, inbox messages, reviews, and reports for connected accounts.
  • To generate AI-assisted content, ideas, and recommendations from the client's own data.
  • To authenticate users and enforce access controls and approvals.
  • To secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data obtained from connected platforms for advertising to unrelated audiences.

4. How platform data is handled

Data accessed via a platform's API is used solely to provide the Service to the account that connected it, in accordance with that platform's developer terms and policies (including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy). Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We retain platform data only as long as the connection is active and the data is needed for the Service.

5. Service providers we share with

We share information with vetted providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service:
  • Vercel — application hosting and file storage.
  • Neon / Postgres — database hosting.
  • Anthropic — AI processing for content and recommendations.
  • Google — authentication and, where connected, analytics/drive/reviews APIs.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the Connections page, which removes its stored access tokens. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email us at victor@graysonsky.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption of access tokens at rest, encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at victor@graysonsky.com.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing of your information in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
