User Data Deletion
Social Command Center is a business tool operated by Grayson Sky for managing marketing on behalf of our clients. You can remove data at any time using the options below.
Disconnect a connected account
To stop all data access from a connected platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google), open the Connections page in the app, find the platform, and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that connection so no further data is accessed.
Request full deletion
To request deletion of data we hold that is associated with you or your connected account, email victor@graysonsky.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which account or data to remove. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens for the connected platform(s).
- Cached platform content we hold (e.g. imported posts, comments, messages, reviews, analytics).
- Associated account records you ask us to remove.
